They listen most of the time. Even if they can't effect change immediately, most eill taks the time to hear what the experience is and make an effort.
People generally genuinely care for each other and look out for each other. Its about what we can do together, as well as what we're accountable for alone. There's very rarely any "throwing someone under the bus."
