I am very happy with my 24 years at IPC. Being a techy person I find the job really interesting and there is always opportunity to learn new things. I do have some concerns about the future considering the amount of debt the company is carrying.

I feel that overall the compensation package is probably on par with most companies. I don't feel that there's one item that really stands out.

There is good communication between me and my manager. We have regular one on one's which helps me communicate my concerns and learn about things I can improve on.

IPC is a tech company and I am a tech person. Given the fact that IPC tries ( and needs) to keep up with the current technology trends makes the job really interesting.

The people I work with are professional but not rigid. They understand the importance of doing their job but at the same time they enjoy the camaraderie between us. They are also very smart people and and I've really learned a lot from them.

I feel that leadership wants this to be a successful company and are willing to take the necessary steps to put the company in the best position to succeed. Knowing that the company is strong and our leaders want to keep it that way helps me to focus on what I need to do.
