
Engineers are very friendly and I beleive that, that feirndship is retaining people from leaving. Good technoligies are used here.
They need to take more feed back from Engineers. Stop politics. There should be some healthy competition between leaders for them to perform better
All very knowledgable but I think every one has the same problem as me that there is no road map for their careers in IPC. Everyone in my team are loyal to IPC.
Employees need more encouragement to work. Take ideas from engineers. Leaders should have healthy competition. Invest in R&D and create more products though its for same customers. Use the customer base guys to sell more solutions. Dont depend just on Unigy. Give chance to existing loyal employees.
I dont see a career path defined for me. I am with IPC abt 10 yrs and have developed some bonding with the company and not able to to leave but there are much better salaries offered for my role else where. Increase salaries to all to be on par with other companies and normalize inflation.
