
I think the company promotes inclusivity. They make it a point to recognize all holidays, months, etc.
Our comradery. My co-manager and I are there for each other, we help each other out. Without them it would not be possible to stay sane.
Lately our team is very much overworked and spread too thin, and I don't think other people see that. Expectations are too high and it is just not possible for our team to do everything and right.
I do feel undervalued. I find that other teams/groups are paid more fairly. Often times I am told that the compensation percentage is not high this year but then hear that other people are getting significantly more money for being at the company for less of a time period.
