Customer Service for sure needs improvement

Bad management, internal chaos, lack of engineering culture, non-existent QA, dismissive attitude toward employees, clients, and partners.

The job is great to learn but not for long term. Constantly management clocks you every second of the day.

Health insurance is very comprehensive. Great vacation benefits.

IPsoft doesn't seem to care about employee concerns and don't give employees enough trust to impact the product. There's a lot of doing and dance with little substance.
