Management negativity is a lot to deal with
Evaluations every six months - for overall feedback and of course - raises.
On the way to work everyday/ I wonder what negative comment my management team will greet me with upon arrival
Spend more energy focusing on the positives and what can be done instead of negativity and what hasn’t or isn’t being done
Treating employees as people and not as just moving pieces. Not having unrealistic restrictions on how often employees can have a glass of water. Not disciplining an employee for not taking a break on a 12 hour shift even though there was literally nobody there to allow for a break
