The hourly staff works well together.
Our staff does the best we can with what little we have. Landry's mission statement must obviously be More (work) for Less (compensation).
Perhaps reward the employees who have been here through thick and thin. Also to increase the incentives for hiring new workers during these trying times. Any attempt to do so has been pathetic.
Had we as a staff been informed about our PTO being eliminated when management was informed, most of us would have sought new work. However, 6 months pass before we are informed and we all had PTO on the calendar. ONE employee was even on vacation, not knowing he would not be compensated. Shady.
