Keeping staffing level adequate and hiring qualified people. Pay at corporate is highly variable and has little do with experience or qualifications.
Poor processes, poor planning, tons of overtime. Employees are also more vocal these days. When brand new "assistants" are getting paid more than seasoned professionals, there is an issue.
