Great company, but huge. CEO and other executives have no idea some of us even exist. But company has a great benefits package for most positions, and I enjoy working for them. (Experis)

Bloated executive and middle management who are always behind the trends in the industry. Staff cuts are always the only people who actually generate revenue for the company. Moving up internally does not require competence, just the ability to step on necks to elevate yourself. Toxic culture.
