What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership teams listens for the most part, and collaborates with all stakeholders prior to decisions being made. However, some hold grudges and treat others as less than.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive and top notch salary, for the position that I'm in. Benefits is great, as I get a bunch of PTO and holidays. Health Insurance could defintiely be improved, as on the best plan, the deductible is severely high.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like 10% more and better matching for retirement
For being a dedicated employee to realize that people with no experience have an opportunity to be paid more at times can be challenging working for this organization.
A more competitive wage and non capped bonus plan would be nice. Company is making tons of money and it seems only the executives get a good cut.

A factitious sense of caring about the employees. If you buy it, it may feel good until your realize the truth, which will make you cringe.
Everyone is so nice. I have only come across less than a handful of people who have been difficult to work with

When I interviewed it went quickly.
For me personally it was a qiuck process to get hied.
It was all about personality and my goals. Soft skills over technical skills.
