I feel they have a clear goal and actively help employees with achieving that goal.
There is an extreme need to see the value in employees and to improve the company culture. Leadership is so far removed and so self-interested that they are negatively impacting their clients, losing their top talent, and slowly running the company into the ground.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is always a telling sign when someone is trying to climb on the backs of others to do better. They need to try to do better with all employees.
