What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed it went quickly.
For me personally it was a qiuck process to get hied.
It was all about personality and my goals. Soft skills over technical skills.

it was not really structured.
disruptive approach and time to fill

I was already a friend and customer for my assignment. So we already knew each other.
Open format - not structured questions like other large companies (for example no "Tell me about a time when you..." type questions)
i received immediate feedback from a simulation that was conducted and would've gotten this feedback whether or not i was hired.
it was very friendly and welcoming
