Great company, but huge. CEO and other executives have no idea some of us even exist. But company has a great benefits package for most positions, and I enjoy working for them. (Experis)

I get to go to work with my friends every day!

My interview was over 14 years ago, and it was a different company then.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazing Work/Life balance - always able and willing to accomodate my personal life such as appointments, child issues/appointments that arise, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership teams listens for the most part, and collaborates with all stakeholders prior to decisions being made. However, some hold grudges and treat others as less than.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy putting people to work - and that's what I do on a daily basis. The employees are happy and excited to work with us, as we are one of their top employers of choice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive and top notch salary, for the position that I'm in. Benefits is great, as I get a bunch of PTO and holidays. Health Insurance could defintiely be improved, as on the best plan, the deductible is severely high.
