Much of the work has been pushed to under-prepared offshore teams whose culture we are supposed to assimilate to. Meanwhile, the work doesn’t get done unless the few remaining competent people onshore sacrifice their time to do the work of everyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture used to be fantastic, but it has devolved into a breeding ground for dissatisfaction and hostility. Don’t let the awards fool you, the ethics have been thrown out the window by the COO and many of the leaders below.
What makes you most happy at work?
Company culture is all but lost. Bring jobs back onshore when they aren’t being done correctly by outsourced partner. Be more transparent. Stop treating employees as machines. They are resources to be invested in. Return to how things were prior to 2012.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an extreme need to see the value in employees and to improve the company culture. Leadership is so far removed and so self-interested that they are negatively impacting their clients, losing their top talent, and slowly running the company into the ground.
