The leadership team needs to take a deep look at employee turnover. Their precept of doing the right thing is an unfounded illusion as they chronically fail at ethics and acting in the best interest of the firm's clients.

Initially it was very good but gradually i realized that professionalism and work ethic are lacking in employees, as the nature of work is very basic. There should be more opportunities to move within the company and it should adopt modern practices such as Work from home.
