Really lack collaboration skills and need to lear to openly work together across siloes
Stop time wasting and chit chats.
The quality of employees is not very good at Mercer's shared service center. They should undertake more development trainings to develop their personal and soft skills to able to interact and communicate effectively. Also the level of work ethic and professionalism is not upto the mark.
