the people and the talent they bring to the table.

People are kind and generous

The people are really nice

They embraced working from home at the start of the pandemic.

I get time off for Dr. appts. My supervisor has often said that health is paramount.

Everything is going well around

People respect other cultures and also try to include all cultures in every event

Flexibility with shift timings, lot of employee engagement initiatives and platforms/opportunities for employees to develop themselves through participation in beyond BAU activities

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There's an overarching sense of a lack of authenticity in leadership. Leadership steps on their messaging all the time.
