I love the company, and with better training and collaboration between upper management and the teams we could certainly get better reviews. However, I believe that Captains who cannot keep personal opinions away from their work (and preferential treatment) should be demoted for unprofessional-ism.

Working with customers as the point person. I like being their first point of contact and setting the rest of my team up for success with the customer if they just keep the energy going.

MOD needs to start improving team cohesiveness, and training its squad members. In the Chicagoland area the squad, management, and upper management need to communicate their needs more effectively. There also has to be discipline for frequent call offs and rewards (hours) given to reliable people.

I love engaging with customers & putting smiles on their faces. I live for that kind of interaction. When team members work together effectively, it creates an air of serenity & collaboration. There are certain groups of members who work really well together, & they should get to work together often
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I am not a captain/shift leader, but I believe they deserve to be paid more for their efforts. The captains are pretty much assistant managers, but I have often observed them doing all the work for the general manager (or at the very least, the manager never communicated to us what they were doing)
