pay seems fair on experience & title. I'm glad that Natera offers a PPO health insurance plan, have not used it, yet. I apricate other coverages: dental, vision, life, and discounted Natera testing option.

We all work remotely. We have a great, diverse team of employees. Overall, I love how everyone wants to succeed. It appears that our department is migrating towards a lot of change, so communication is critical. Alignment is happening. I'm excited to witness it all coming together.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
I ABSOLUTELY love my manager Tichelle Lyons. TIchelle supports me in everything I do and we need more people just like her throughout the industry. She's firm but supportive & a great mentor. I always know exactly where I stand with her because she's clear about her expectations & how I meet them.
