I love my job, but it gets harder to do every day. I always feel behind never caught up.
I have never been so miserable in my life. I am thankful for my therapist and for her telling me there is a name for what i am experiencing: workplace PTSD.

Not being so terrified that they abusively pass that down to their direct reports/teams.
