What do you like best about the leadership team?
They Are Very Knowledgeable about the product and open to conversations about future dealings.
Very knowledgeable leadership. No Immediate Director to contribute to structure.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being so terrified that they abusively pass that down to their direct reports/teams.
Understanding what it takes to do what we do. They want to make $$$, we need help to get that done.
Communication! Understanding what what we do and what our needs are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay and holiday time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as an employee being the only minority on my team. Education is not seen as a “stepping stone” to be possibly promoted. Rubbing elbows with executives is the only way to the top. Lack of awareness and accountability for others in managem
Being the only minority on the team is very disappointing. Compensation solely depends on your relationship with the C-suite.
Appreciate good work and output. Not someone who is deemed physically attractive by creepy leadership.
Where are the minorites over 40? Right, there are none!
the benefits are amazing, too bad i can't utilize them or my PTO because i spend all of my time working or am discouraged from taking off. i haven't been to a doctor/dentist/taken a vacation in 2.5 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The valuable and honest conversations about product and future person goals.
We get along and have honest conversations about problems and solutions.
Misery loves company. We work too hard and too long for low pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is terrified of losing their jobs. The environment is all about posturing and who you can publically humiliate to look good.
Professional behavior regardless of who or is not watching.
Some of us work great together but a lot of the "newer" employees in other departments don't even know what their job is. Job descriptions have gotten lost in new employee turnover.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having our own desks. Cafe food is good m.
The people who work under management are very down to earth and have a real life view of situations and understand the “culture” or lack there
The team I currently work for is very forward thinking and driven. The company as a whole is not.
The community events and engagementbare the best chances toninteract with coworkers as someone new to the company.
Our team is mostly positive. We can't get things to change so we make the best of it. It's the only way to survive!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make the company publically held. Hold EVERYONE accountable fairly regardless of last name or who they are associated* with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is pretty straightforward.
It was casual and no stress. I was tricked.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process is pretty straight forward.
The hoops were silly. They liken the hiring process to be like Google's or Nike's but the majoritu of employees have never even left Buffalo for real work experience.
Interviewers should show up prepared.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and the memories we share outside of work.
My coworkers and the conversations we engage in.
Being supported to participate in the community events to learn about the city.
Being able to help the customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is out of touch. Design is weak and real influenxers take the $ and laugh about how clueless the okd white guys are trying to ise ethnic cultures to appear cool. Its sad.
Design team and leadership operate in a vacum, driven by a need to be perceived as luxury. This couldnt be more alienating to the consumer base.
This is a loaded question! There are new systems in the works that we aren't even positive will work. We won't be working with them until later in the year. This has been in the works for over a year but in the mean time issues that should be corrected aren't because "PLM will take care of that".
We are overloaded with work. The turnover in other departments has pushed a lot of there work onto us because they were never told that they should be doing it.
