How innovative is New Era Cap?
Not very. The design vision is dated like ownership.
How are layoffs handled in the Marketing department at New Era Cap?
Poorly. Newly hired department heads don’t take time to meet their teams. Next thing you know, that person who does not know you is telling you that your position is eliminated. Really, professional.

Pretty good. But you are parent-tracked if you have a family.

A total train wreck. Terrified of losing their power and create unclear an abusive/bullying environment more often than not.

Not often. There is NO transparency regarding leadership expectations, and goals for succession.

Over confident and under qualified.
Does New Era Cap drug test or do a background check?
They do a drug test when you're hired. Not sure about the background check. They use to do random drug testing but I haven't hear of anyone getting tested lately.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Design team at New Era Cap?
We really need to reorganize our dept. but, that is not currently happening. Department head won't hire anyone so there isn't any room for career growth at this time.
