The people who work under management are very down to earth and have a real life view of situations and understand the “culture” or lack there

I feel undervalued as an employee being the only minority on my team. Education is not seen as a “stepping stone” to be possibly promoted. Rubbing elbows with executives is the only way to the top. Lack of awareness and accountability for others in managem
