I have never been so miserable in my life. I am thankful for my therapist and for her telling me there is a name for what i am experiencing: workplace PTSD.

It was casual and no stress. I was tricked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Misery loves company. We work too hard and too long for low pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefits are amazing, too bad i can't utilize them or my PTO because i spend all of my time working or am discouraged from taking off. i haven't been to a doctor/dentist/taken a vacation in 2.5 years.
