Great money, heavy work load due to novolex not hiring enough people and expecting you to do 3-5 persons jobs
The option of stock options would be appreciated
The benefits, such as medical and dental have super high deductibles and the coverage isn't that great. You would literally be better off to make payment arrangements with the hospital or finance your dental work. If the company even paid 60/40 I'd feel better about buying insurance.
I like the people for the most part and I love my job. But the company overall sees us as machinery instead of people and it wears on you.
Very overworked... a mix of very helpful people and a handful of extremely disruptive personalities leadership tolerates
