What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the level of involvement new management has on the production floor. It ensures the employees that they want to know what we go through and need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the plant I work for the management team is having a lot of preference for certain people and not equal with everyone.. they give a rise to people that don’t do anything

2.4 billion in sales last year, and they canceled raises this year!! Even though we all worked through a pandemic!!!! Starting pay is $13 an hour and supervisors make less than $25 an hour.

I feel there are numerous employees who are overpaid for their lack of knowledge and involvement in running the machinery. Whereas employees like myself have been there for less time and have both gained more knowledge and stepped up to better learn/understand my job so I can go above and beyond.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Just my coworkers and stops at my supervisor... higher than him are not friendly at all and like I said they have a lot of preference

I personally have a bag catcher who works just as hard as myself at his job and I can never appreciate his effort enough. And I have a direct superior who helps me to better learn my job.
