I like the people for the most part and I love my job. But the company overall sees us as machinery instead of people and it wears on you.

The people more than anything
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I generally work alongside. My worst days are when I work with terrible employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the level of involvement new management has on the production floor. It ensures the employees that they want to know what we go through and need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I personally have a bag catcher who works just as hard as myself at his job and I can never appreciate his effort enough. And I have a direct superior who helps me to better learn my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there are numerous employees who are overpaid for their lack of knowledge and involvement in running the machinery. Whereas employees like myself have been there for less time and have both gained more knowledge and stepped up to better learn/understand my job so I can go above and beyond.
