Straight foward and detailed oriented when explaining about candidate suitability
The gossiping, slandering, has caused many workers to leave and quit
Donors needs being met and my leadership role in helping out other departments
The Director is poised with gossiping with front screeners. He is a messy leader and only promote employees that he favors on his side. Its too much favortism under his leadership and many employees have left because of him. He is a messy director period.
There are two workers in my department that have been feeding the director with negative feedback against me. Contrarily, the director and quality employee conspires negative plots to hold me down by refusing to promote me. Instead, they granted two promotion to my coworker because she snitches.
