My experience was that I was bullied and discriminated against for speaking up and stating that a Regional Director , Quality and Quality Manager created a hostile work environment for myself and others which made it hard to do my job effectively. Very stressed out environment

Human Resources acts like they care but don't and preys upon employees in an effort to use information against them. The bully structure is present

It is my belief that Octapharma Plasma discriminates against employees especially if you are willing to speak up for the truth. They are bullies and worked together to conduct personal witch hunts against me which were masked as professional. Honest people don't belong here. The executive team lies.

Interview process left out the truth about the company and the position. Made you believe your experience was needed and would allow you to use your expertise to run company however not the case. Hands were tied and lies were told to get employees who had integrity out and discredited them
