Stop bullying staff. Leadership are simply a bunch of people with fancy titles who are bullies.
They don't pay for experience and expertise brought to company instead they strong arm you into accepting whatever they want to pay you.
The interview process was not honest and leads one to believe the company is very structured and treats everyone equally regardless of race, or otherwise.
Hostile work environment and bullying is what's wrong coupled with unfair work environment. It can be improved by restructuring and holding upper management accountable and to the same standards as others in the company.
