An open culture, where one can interact with anyone without hesitation, like we are less than thousand so knowing about each other is pretty easy. Also the management empathize with you whenever needed.

They focused more on the logical thinking rather than bookish knowledge, also they give more importance to attitude and confidence. However in recent times they are focusing a little more on domain knowledge instead of logical aptitude.

The leadership team knows about the company and product in and out, also they know each and every employee personally also which makes a great connection among employees and leadership team. One can approach them directly if needed so a flat hierarchy system.
