Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Soft skills and customer satisfaction should be factored into compensation. Anyone could work at Odessa with proper training, but it takes so much more to be successful and drive the customer relationships.

I do not have any equity options in my compensation so I cannot comment on it. However, I think the compensation should have some element of variable structure, which can act as an incentive to do more.

Since I have joined during Covid lockdown and did not work from the physical office, it will be too premature to talk about the culture and environment now. However, the interactions with team members and colleagues does suggest that the company culture is very open and encouraging.

What did you like most about the interview process?
the interview round with the CEO was the best part to me. Others would say that was the hardest or most difficult, but it provided an insane amount of insight to the culture of the company as well as the leadership team
