It feels like a group of people working towards the same goal with very minimal political posturing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to new ideas and are flexible enough to change courses if something isn't working well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the scope and schedule of projects we implement we need to pay our PM's at a very competitive level and we don't do this.
