Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of good opportunities, leadership training is never provided to people who are here for long. Technical training for QAs is almost none.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is work oriented environment. You see around everyone has their heads down and working. I am not sure if it is Positive or Negative. But this is how it is. People love to work in Odessa.
