Since I have joined during Covid lockdown and did not work from the physical office, it will be too premature to talk about the culture and environment now. However, the interactions with team members and colleagues does suggest that the company culture is very open and encouraging.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1) The company gives the impression of the Centralisation of Power within Teams. 2) Too much focus on putting it in Email even amongst Internal collaboration. 3) Poor Planning about Roadmap about Project. 4) Inefficient Documentation Process which is sometimes not standard across teams.
