PTO should be increased. The balance between life and work are so important. Most top tech and consulting companies either do unlimited PTO or 5+ weeks for their employees.

It's a flat hierarchy which makes everyone approachable and easy to talk to. The saying 'there's always something going on at Odessa is extremely true.' The people are open, there are always employee initiatives happening, and the work is challenging, but enjoyable.
