it is fun, but exausting. We have been asked to do many things all at the same time. Speed of execution is quite high and multitasking is a rule. Quality can be impacted and sometimes it frustrates me. People is committed and willing to contribute but we need to take care to preserve this.

Actually the things that i want to signal, is that things are changing and there is uncertainty weather the benefits we were offer when joining will be kept. Like LTIs we don't know how much and if will be issued by band - that was part of the offer at the moment joining Organon.. etc..
