Co-workers are afraid of managers and therefore they hide. Too much favoritism and bullying for co-workers to be honest with each other and work effectively.
This is a business that comes without sales people. It would be good if national leadership got out of comfort zone so we could grow.
CMO has favorites, National Sales Exec bullies, HR untrustworthy, CRO doesn't solve problems. Exec team needs to move on so people who like our product can stay.
