What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Work with a wide variaty of ethnicities and gender accepting people.

I hope I don't sound redundant when I say support. There is great comraderie in my office.

Positive and constructive, everyone gets along and is focused on the goal of making the company successful.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Move out senior leadership and give the company a chance.

The turn over is very high especially in the sales dept

Value competence, fairness, trust instead of favoritism, nepotism, and self preservation.
