Have an actual recruiting team who is qualified and staffed appropriately.
I was a temp-to-hire, but watching new people go through the interview process is torture. Multiple rounds, meeting so many people, waiting periods, background checks that take months. it's ridiculous. We've LOST potential employees because they got other jobs or simply decided it took too long
