We all strive toward the same goal and everyone is helpful.
The team is collaborative, enjoy coming together and sharing stories.
Hard work and team work makes the day run smoothly.
The collaborative nature of the Team... The Inclusive culture, the D&I Program that is being run by the two Co-Chief Diversity Officers, all of the ERGs. The LA HR team and Sales Leadership team is the best that I have ever dealt with in my entire career.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are afraid of managers and therefore they hide. Too much favoritism and bullying for co-workers to be honest with each other and work effectively.
Stop playing favorites and rewarding atrocious behavior because they are your friends/family.
We just need everyone to do their jobs and stop playing around. Some of us work for a living.
