Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Ordered 10 piece meal and received 8 pieces. The mashed potatoes were cold. We live in Louisville, Ky and drove across the bridge to New Albany, Indiana. I talked to the manager (Crystal). She refused to replace my meal but agreed to replace missing pieces. I won't go back.
