I would feel valued if the team managers in charge would commit more to doing a better job on making the Popeye's brand more appealing to the community instead of as a place known for dramatic acts. I feel the pay is not as fulfilling because of this.

We have our own best practices that get us by but in my tenure thus far we don't have any type of quick meetings or updates about changing information. We are at a disadvantage and could have higher productivity with more effective communication from management. We simply need more than we have.

Haven't seen a person wash their hands since I started. No training means less efficiency from everyone managers included. Managers should not hit on employees its just awkward especially when they are married. Nor should anyone publicly be asked about a mental disability.

less attitude towards customers and quicker cook times

Communication must change, quick meetings for am and pm staff would greatly improve things. Some sort of safety protocol to avoid burns and scrapes. MORE INFORMATION AND ACCESS TO WORK RELATED MATERIALS. If you really want to bring a store together offer an outing to get to know each other.

Personal lives of others shouldn't be discussed so openly at work. Managers should not ask out employees especially on the clock. TRAINING for ALL. Managers shouldn't hide when a customers child falls because they don't know how or where the accident forms are. Better system of efficiency.

Don't spit out a random time for someone to interview and then have them waiting an hour and a half because your understaffed. It's unprofessional and starts a hesitant relationship. If I can be prompt and on time then so should a manager be or at the very least offer a meal while I wait.

I'm most excited at work when my son and husband comes to see how well I am doing, and the entire family orders a meal just to see what good of service that we have a t Popeye's. I also love to see locals enjoying time with their loved ones at the end of the day. It warms my heart.

Feel like there taking advantage of there employees and don't really care about them

The way the manager/ supervisor on duty treats their employees. I find the employees of same color are treated highly and better than the employees of different color/race. If we were all treated equally and fairly it would make me actually want to show up for my shift.
