My overall experience was and still to this day is one that I will always remember, for the hard work and dedication that I gave to my crew members going on five months now. I have learned to be caring and respectful to those looking in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel valued if the team managers in charge would commit more to doing a better job on making the Popeye's brand more appealing to the community instead of as a place known for dramatic acts. I feel the pay is not as fulfilling because of this.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most excited at work when my son and husband comes to see how well I am doing, and the entire family orders a meal just to see what good of service that we have a t Popeye's. I also love to see locals enjoying time with their loved ones at the end of the day. It warms my heart.
