Communication, not yelling at the employees like children, leadership, taking accountability for what's wrong not berating and consistently threatening employees jobs. They made it miserable to get up out of bed to work there every day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because other managers are making more an they work the least

Rather than being demanded to show up to work, someone there could pick me up I'm not saying to pick me up everyday just one day. My other employers were willing to pick me up. You have Taco Bell to think that I was able to show up. Boss there were willing to give me rides.

I am constantly getting berated by customers due to a lack of on-menu items. I have been frustrated coming into work every day because of the lack of proper management.

Communication must change, quick meetings for am and pm staff would greatly improve things. Some sort of safety protocol to avoid burns and scrapes. MORE INFORMATION AND ACCESS TO WORK RELATED MATERIALS. If you really want to bring a store together offer an outing to get to know each other.

Personal lives of others shouldn't be discussed so openly at work. Managers should not ask out employees especially on the clock. TRAINING for ALL. Managers shouldn't hide when a customers child falls because they don't know how or where the accident forms are. Better system of efficiency.

The way the manager/ supervisor on duty treats their employees. I find the employees of same color are treated highly and better than the employees of different color/race. If we were all treated equally and fairly it would make me actually want to show up for my shift.
