I was Hired n started the next day
It was a brief interview
For the person that was interviewing me to actually be there. I showed up and she wasn't there. I got all the way home after waiting 45 minutes. She calls me a 1/2 an hour later. Asked me to drive all the way back to town to do the interview. Then she didn't ask any pertinent questions.
I wouldn't make anyone Waite nor wouod I waste there time
The manager pick and chooses who she's going to hire. I've seen a lot of people come in looking for a job or even an interview and she turns them around or tell them she's gonna call them back and doesn't. Information still sitting on the desk. She's running the store in the ground literally.
Just better understanding and communication between the employer and employees.
They need to be opened minded about how they wilk treat people for not wven minimum wage pay .

litterly when u walk in for the interview the only thing they ask is what day can you work and boom ur hired i feel like thats a main reason why so many people that arnt very good at fast paced stuff are accepted
To sit down and have a proper interview with the employee and for them to train the employee instead of just filling out an application and sent a number on the floor to work
