I was a manager. They need to get better at treating their employees with respect instead of acting like they are all disposible

How to learn how to keep their employees
They need to keep promises and be fair. They shouldn't make promises, get your hopes up, and then tell you, "To bad, we changed our mind and you can leave if you don't like it." Very mean and ugly.
A new GM Manager due to the lack of put together employees and talking to customers like they are a child but rude.
#14502 resolves discrimination and ignorance in the workplace. In their Gms, they are very biased and liars. Only to make themselves look good. Honestly, nothing is ever done.
