The medical side of things
I get paid hourly and paif pretty good ! every two weeks but as much as we have to work and the things the general manger does makes people quit and not wanna work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they didn’t appreciate me and that’s why they didn’t
To actually have a consistent schedule and hours
If I'm not threatened while I'm at work
Get the money and hours i worked!!

We are all there to get a job done and we all do our best to keep customers happy and we all strive to have everything done in a timely manner.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For the person that was interviewing me to actually be there. I showed up and she wasn't there. I got all the way home after waiting 45 minutes. She calls me a 1/2 an hour later. Asked me to drive all the way back to town to do the interview. Then she didn't ask any pertinent questions.
I wouldn't make anyone Waite nor wouod I waste there time
The manager pick and chooses who she's going to hire. I've seen a lot of people come in looking for a job or even an interview and she turns them around or tell them she's gonna call them back and doesn't. Information still sitting on the desk. She's running the store in the ground literally.
Just better understanding and communication between the employer and employees.
They need to be opened minded about how they wilk treat people for not wven minimum wage pay .
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing customers smiles. Seeing coworkers smile.
