Some would break work as a team. Other would hide or refund to work as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to speak to employees like people. They cannot demand you to work. I have multiple jobs.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When I told them I need a flexible schedule I meant it I will not be demanded to work a single company's schedule. I work a job a job does not work me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rather than being demanded to show up to work, someone there could pick me up I'm not saying to pick me up everyday just one day. My other employers were willing to pick me up. You have Taco Bell to think that I was able to show up. Boss there were willing to give me rides.
