Team members who were hired after me are getting paid more and that is very unfair and unprofessional of the manager to do.

We move fast and as a team. We communicate properly and make sure our customer's have a wonderful experience. We always work with honesty is the best policy. The customer needs to be heard and then take care of them to the best of your abilities, or get a manager.

Treat people like people. Stop space driving your managers and force them to work ten to 12 hours a day without breaks
